I checked on amazon.com and Albert Ellis' recently published autobiography "All-out" is not currently available there. Can you give information about a reliable source from where it may be purchased?

Here's what I know about Al's autobiography. When Al died, he had not completely finished the last chapters to his autobiography. Publishing houses usually prepare the schedules and publicity for new books several years in advance. That's why Amazon and other booksellers say the book is available. I feel confident that Debbie will finish the book and it will be avialable sometime in the future. I just don't happen to know when.
